The Helmway Restaurant is an extension of The Pell Hotel - JdV by Hyatt, and reflects the hotel’s coastal charm. Designed as a destination dining experience, the restaurant complements the hotel while celebrating the island’s nautical heritage and vibrant culinary scene.

The interiors are defined by airy and sunlit space featuring limestone floor tiles, painted wood shiplap, and a white beadboard ceiling. Deep blue and green accents evoke the nearby shoreline, while cream leather banquettes, weathered wood, and hand-printed wallpaper add warmth and texture. A curved stormy-blue bar with a warm white stone countertop, leather seating, and a back bar feature invite guests to linger.
